Truly enjoyed the way our updated double room with 3 double beds was. It had very central location close to Main Square.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being walking distance to all of the main tourist points in the city. It's also close to downtown, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the central courtyard is a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

That the breakfast options weren't great. The selection mainly consisted of cornflakes, toast, coffee, and Tropicana juice.

Every time we stay in Merida, like to stay here. The hotel is comfortable with pretty friendly staff especially from the receptionist. The location is marvellous, 5 minutes' walk to Santa Lucia Park. The property is in very attractive area, close to city centre, the center and museum and Paseo de Montejo.

The traditional architecture added a charming touch to the overall ambiance. The location was also ideal, just a short walk away from all the historic sites and attractions. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite a minor inconvenience with the Wi-Fi, our overall experience at this hotel was enjoyable. we would recommend Hotel Santiago for its lovely ambiance and convenient location.

It is a convenient hotel and the rooms are new-fashioned and the bathroom is large. The staff especially from the receptionist. The location is excellent and good, its adjacent to main tourist points in the merida, the footpath right outside, and main plaza and restaurants. The restaurant attached makes hot food.
